Strategic Partner Agreement

Cisco CEO and Chairman John Chambers recently announced that innovation and collaboration between Cisco partners will be a key growth driver for the IT industry over the next several years. Partner to Partner (P2P) alliances will be a major contributing factor that enables companies to increase revenue, grow market share, and virtually expand their professional and managed services portfolio.

Nexus, a Cisco Master UC partner, has been proactively building P2P alliances for over four years. These alliances now account for over 30% of our bottom line. We support all eight of Cisco’s Advanced Technologies in addition to the full VMware and EMC portfolio. Our 24x7 NOC provides the foundation for our managed service offering(s) both under our own Nexus brand and a white label for partner branding.

The Nexus Strategic Partner Program was created in the spirit of collaboration and growth. The goal was simply to provide a no-cost vehicle that would allow formalized P2P engagements for Nexus and our Strategic Partners - something that would de-emphasize short sighted competition between partners in favor of long-term collaboration and growth

Our partners maintain account control and all engagements are protected under non-disclosure, non-compete agreements. Our support model is both scalable and versatile, currently meeting the needs of organizations ranging in size from SMB resellers to National/International carriers, contractors, and consultants.

Dave Elsner, Nexus’ VP of Sales and Marketing summed it up in a recent meeting when he said, “Our partner program is about leveraging complimentary portfolios, forming bi-directional partnerships, and building mutual value propositions.
