Nexus Transitions to a Borderless Enterprise by Building out Collaboration Network and Adding Cisco TelePresence B2B Exchange
Nexus is the first U.S. Cisco Direct Value Added Reseller (DVAR) Partner to deploy TelePresence Business to Business Exchange.

Until recently, Nexus and Cisco associates had two options for bringing customers to face-to-face meetings; air travel or getting in a car and driving to each other’s location. Air travel is costly and takes time away from work and family. Automobile travel can be an unproductive use of time in areas where freeways are always congested. Remote meeting solutions, while useful for many applications, lack the full in-person experience due to images being a lot smaller. Now, The Exchange provides a cost-effective alternative for both companies to meet with customers using Cisco TelePresence at any one of the various Cisco and Nexus sites.

Nexus Continues to Maintain the Highest Level of Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence
Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Partners achieving this quarterly honor are identifiable by the "Gold Star" distinction in the Cisco Partner Locator tool. Partner Locator users will also be able to search for all partners that currently hold the quarterly Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence award by using the advanced search functionality.

Nexus is pleased to announce that it continues to be honored with a "Gold Star" from Cisco. Recently, Nexus' customers rated Nexus with a 4.80 out of 5.00, one of the highest scores of all Cisco partners.

Nexus Drives True Customer Intimacy by Understanding a Company’s Business Needs
One of the world’s leading suppliers of photonic-based solutions was looking for a Cisco partner who could help integrate with their existing Avaya system and help them refresh some of their older equipment with a new Cisco Unified Communications solution with local Unity support. Nexus Achieves Authorized Services Network Status with EMC
Nexus recently attained Authorized Services Network (ASN) status from EMC. ASN designation enables EMC partner to address customers’ information challenges and business objectives by delivering complete end-to-end solutions combining hardware, software, and service skills. ASN partners receive advanced technical training from EMC and have access to the EMC Proven Solutions service methodologies and tools that are also used by EMC Global Services. This designation will allow Nexus to engage with customers on a deeper level, enabling Nexus to deliver the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
