Nexus Wins Three Awards at Cisco Partner Summit

Nexus announced today that it is the recipient of multiple Cisco Partner Summit awards, including National Technology Excellence Partner of the Year, West Commercial Partner of the Year and West Cisco Capital Partner of the Year. Cisco unveiled the winners June 3 at its annual partner conference in Boston.
"I have the honor and privilege of recognizing Nexus for winning multiple Cisco Partner Summit Awards," said Wendy Bahr, senior vice president, U.S. and Canada channels at Cisco. “These awards recognize Nexus’ performance and accomplishments as a Cisco channel partner in the U.S. and Canada region in 2008.”
“We are honored by another year of multiple award recognitions from Cisco,” said Deron Pearson, Nexus President. “This is the fourth year in a row we have been recognized as the West Commercial Partner of the Year. Receiving the prestigious Technology Excellence Partner of the Year award demonstrates our results and expertise in UC Collaboration. Our other recognitions continue to highlight the immense diversification and expertise we have achieved within our national Cisco practice. As we continue to accelerate our investments with Cisco we look forward to further recognition of our tremendous achievements in the future.”
Cisco Partner Summit awards are presented at three levels: regional, theater and global. Cisco Partner Summit U.S. and Canada regional awards reflect a partner’s performance in a given geographic region of the United States or Canada.
